Rules for Publishers
ToolSpring enforces the rules below for publisher operations:
- Minimum age is 18 years.
- Country of residence is not under an embargo.
Countries under Embargo
If your country of residence is currently under embargo then ToolSpring will not permit you to:
- Publish products.
- Request payouts.
